Insigma Ranked No. 5 in China’s “Software Revenue Top 100 Corporations 2007”

HANGZHOU (Feb. 25, 2008) According to the “Software Revenue Top 100 Corporations 2007” released by the Ministry of Information Industry of China, software corporations in Hangzhou were big winners again. Insigma Technology Co., as one of the leading IT service company in Hangzhou, was ranked number 5 on the list. Insigma was also consecutively ranked the as No. 2 on the “China offshore software outsourcing ranking list.” 

Relying on service outsourcing for these years, Insigma Technology has been in a leading position among IT outsourcing providers in China. Insigma Technology Corp. Captures Honor in “Best Employer Enterprises” Award

HANGZHOU (Feb. 26, 2008) – On February 22, Hangzhou TV announced that Insigma Technology was honored among the “Best Employer Enterprises” in Zhejiang Province, based on its outstanding human resources practices and other superiorities.

China Offshore Software Outsource Market Approached CNY4BN in Q1

BEIJING (AsiaInfo Services) (May 15, 2008) – China’s offshore software outsource market reached CNY 3.927 billion in the first quarter of 2008, rising 25.27% from a year earlier, shown in the latest data from Analysys International.

The top three outsource companies are Neusoft Group Ltd., hiSoft Technology International Ltd., and Insigma Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600797).

In the first three months, Chinese outsource companies began to focus on the domestic market, and provide Chinese businesses of foreign companies with software development, ITO (information technology outsource), and BPO (business process outsource) services. 

Insigma set up the locally largest European and American software outsource talents training base, the Insigma Training Center, in Zhejiang University.

In a previous report by the Ministry of Industry and Informatization, in the period, China’s software exports amounted to USD 2.4 billion, surging 54.3%, including USD 800 million of embedded software exports and USD 170 million of software outsource exports.

 

Insigma Ranks in Top 2 of 2007 China’s Software Exports (Outsourcing) List for Third Year

YANTAI DAILY (June 1, 2008) – At the 2008 China (Yantai Zhifu) services outsourcing summit, the 2007 China’s software exports (outsourcing) list conference was held in Yantai’s Dongshan International Conference Hall. Participants included government executives, experts, corporate executives and representatives from across the country in order to engage in-depth China’s software outsourcing cooperation. 

The event was sponsored by the China Software Industry Association, Shandong Provincial Information Industry Office, Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Office, Science and Technology Office, and the People’s Government of Yantai City, and was undertaken by the People’s Government of Yantai Zhifu, the Information Industry Council of Yantai City, and China’s Software and Services Outsourcing Net.

The Yantai government also organized related enterprises in their image display, providing business opportunities for related enterprises and promoting rapid development of local enterprises in this field. 

In 2007, China’s software exports (outsourcing) ranking list, Shenyang Neusoft Software Co., Ltd., Insigma Technology Corp., Dalian Hi-Think Computer Technology Co., Ltd., Hisoft (International) Group, and other enterprises earned ranking as 2007 China’s Top 25 Export Software Enterprises. Insigma Technology Co. ranked in the top two of the list for the third consecutive year.

The data is also recorded in the “Yearbook of China’s Software Industry” and adopted by related government ministries.
