HANGZHOU (March 16, 2009) – Insigma Software Outsourcing Industrial Park was awarded the rare honor of being designated as Hangzhou’s Service Outsourcing Demonstration Area. The Hangzhou municipal government publicized the list of three Service Outsourcing Demonstration Areas in accordance with the requirement stated in the “Three-year Development Plan for Promoting Hangzhou’s Service Outsourcing Industry.” 

Located near the Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, Insigma Software Outsourcing Demonstration Park is over 43,000 square meters.
