Lie Shi - Chairman

Lie Shi is the Chairman of Insigma U.S. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Lie founded Zheda Tuling Computer System Engineering, an IT services company 1990. He was the CEO of Tuling since its inception and led the company to become one of the largest IT product distributors in the country. Lie has been the President of Insigma Technology since 2001, and has been the CEO of Insigma Technology since 2002. Lie holds a PhD in computer science from Zhejiang University.

Hongfei Huang - Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of Insigma US, Hongfei is responsible for all aspects of the company including strategy, operations, finance, service delivery, marketing and business development. Hongfei is an established and recognized software/IT services executive with over 20 years of operational and leadership experience at companies such as Sybase, Financial Fusion, and UBS/PaineWebber.

Prior to founding the U.S. operations of China’s Insigma Technology, Hongfei was director of product and development management for financial technology solutions (risk analytics, straight-through processing, etc.) at Sybase, Inc.. His experience spans professional services, product management, general management and sales roles. Hongfei holds a BS from Zhejiang University, an MS from NYU, and a Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

John Ounjian - Managing Director Of Healthcare Services

As Managing Director of North American Healthcare Services, John is responsible for all North American business development of Healthcare services reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.John is a 40-year veteran and recipient of several awards from both the Healthcare and information technology industries. John is well known as an outspoken advocate for the use of technology to transform business.

Prior to Insigma US, John was CSC Client Partner, Health Plans; EVP of Healthcare & Insurance at Vitria Technology; and, SVP and CIO at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, responsible for all IT and Claims Operations. John has held senior management consultant roles for Healthcare organizations including Kaiser Permanente. Earlier in his career, he has also served as SVP at H.F. Ahmanson & Co. and Union Bank in California.

Ciaran P. Henry - Chief Technology Officer/Managing Director of the Financial Services

As CTO and Managing Director, Ciaran is heading the financial services practice reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining Insigma he was the founding partner of New Quest Solutions LLC, a technology and capital markets consultancy based in New York and Connecticut. He has an extensive background in financial service technology spanning research, analytics, high performance computing and trading strategies. He is a well-known and respected authority and advisor to a number of high profile firms both here in the U.S. and Europe.

Mr. Henry was Managing Director at Merrill Lynch and Chief Technology Officer for the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities division along with the Credit Risk, Market Risk and Treasury divisions. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Ciaran was Chief Technology Officer in the Credit Derivatives, Emerging Markets and Electronic Trading units at JP Morgan Chase. Prior to that assignment, he held senior technology positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, Lehman Brothers, Salomon Brothers Inc. and Swiss Bank Corporation with a total of 22 years in the industry in Europe and the US.

He began his career as a microelectronics engineer in his native Ireland where he graduated in Microelectronics and Communications engineering.

DeLeys Brandman - Chief Medical Officer of Healthcare Solutions. MD, MPH.

For the past 25 years, Dr. Brandman has been involved in healthcare. She is trained and board certified as a primary care internist, an emergency medicine physician, and a corporate medicine/preventive medicine specialist, and received a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. She has used this broad base of experience to work with Health insurance payers to design and implement medical management strategies, automate core administrative solutions, and build e-business solutions with providers, HMO’s, traditional insurers, hospital systems, and employers.

For several years, Dr. Brandman practiced as an internist and as an emergency physician. She served in several management positions within her multi-specialty group and various hospital systems as these organizations struggled with the transition into managed care. Through her firsthand experience in these organizations, she developed a point of view about the move to managed care, e.g. the roles of specific stakeholders, and the critical capabilities required to deliver and finance health care both for individuals and for communities.
