According to the 2009 China Software and Information Services Outsourcing Industry Development Report, China’s software and information services outsourcing industry had revenues of nearly RMB 156.8 Bln( USD 25Bln V.S India’s 70Bln) in 2008, up 41.2% YoY; outsourcing enterprises numbered 3,600, up 20% YoY; outsourcing professionals numbered 410,000, up 36.7% YoY.

Insigma Ranked Top 10 in the Profile of China’s software industry in 2008

IBM nurtures Zhejiang University talent

IBM (China) is keen to help develop future IT talent by establishing a relationship with Zhejiang University.
The company signed a memo with the university Friday at the IBM Diamond Building in Beijing’s Zhongguancun Technology Zone. This is IBM’s first long-term strategic alliance with a Chinese university.
