Insigma Won “Best Business Practice in International BPO Development Award 2009” At IOBD Summit

May 25^th, 2009, Hangzhou, China: Insigma received “Best Business Practice in Promoting International BPO Development Award “in Hangzhou at the IOBD Summit, Insigma has been honored with this award on two consecutive years.

May 24-26, 2009, the Second International Outsourcing Business Development Summit (IOBD) was held in Hangzhou, China. The Summit was sponsored by the Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government and organized by the Hangzhou Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau. Also, IOBD won the great support from the Department of Foreign Investment Administration, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), International Financial Institute (IFI) and other prestigious Medias such as “Global Services “and “Outsource “Magazine.

The business leaders, outsourcing experts, bidding issuers and the high-ranking officers from the financial and investment institutions from the multinational companies of USA, Japan, Europe, India, etc., the representatives from the domestic outsourcing base cities, the high-ranking leaders from some renowned domestic outsourcing enterprises and the representatives from the outsourcing enterprises in Hangzhou, more than 400 participants, attended the summit.

With both qualitative and quantitative analysis, the expert selection team conducted comprehensive evaluation of enterprises using six key criteria including: enterprise scale, service quality, profitability, financing capacity, cash flow, and operational efficiency and development prospects. Each of the candidates was rigorously assessed using these criteria before the final selection was made. Hangzhou was awarded with the special prize of Best City in Promoting International Financial Outsourcing Development.

In 2009, as a leader in the China-based IT services and outsourcing market, Insigma won many rewards such as “Top 10 China’s Software Exports (Outsourcing)”,”Global Services 100 category entitled Leaders: Emerging Asian Markets” and “ Top 50 China Best Practices in Software Outsourcing Services” etc.
